We are strongly convinced that superior, value-creating IR and transaction advise can best delivered by acting from an investor perspective. That perspective can preferably captured by us because of our strong financial markets background.
Reichert Capital Partners has been incorporated by Peter Reichert in 1971 as Peter Reichert Elektrotechnik GmbH, located in Karlsruhe. Until 2012 the company was providing electrical engineering services, managed by Peter Reichert. In 2012 the electrical engineering activities has been divested and transferred in a new entity, Reichert Elektrotechnik GmbH.
Since 2012 the company manages its own assets. In 2019 Peter Reichert GmbH was renamed to Reichert Capital GmbH and the location moved to Hamburg. Jochen Reichert, since 2000 in the center of capital markets, took over business operations. He has a great network to investors, stock-listed companies, analysts, banks, consultants and brokers.
One year later, in 2020, the company started selectively with capital markets and investor relations advisory services.
In December 2022, RCP acquired a 50% stake in Aristoteles GmbH, a fund advisory firm.
